EFETIVIDADE DOS PROGRAMAS PSICOEDUCACIONAIS NA PESSOA COM ESQUIZOFRENIA Revisão Integrativa de Literatura

Resumo


O cuidado ao indivíduo com esquizofrenia deve confluir num plano de tratamento centrado na pessoa, assentando numa abordagem multidisciplinar. A Psicoeducação assume particular relevância na pessoa com esquizofrenia. É imprescindível perceber quais as repercussões das intervenções psicoeducativas para incrementar a efetividade e eficiência das mesmas .Objetivo: Perceber quais as repercussões da psicoeducação na pessoa com esquizofrenia Métodos: Revisão Integrativa da Literatura a partir da Pergunta de Partida “Será a implementação de programas de psicoeducação benéfica para as pessoas com esquizofrenia?” (Método Pico). Pesquisa efetuada na base dados b-on e na plataforma EBSCOhost web, considerando estudos redigidos em língua portuguesa, espanhola a inglesa, publicados entre 2015-2019. As palavras chave/descritores foram validados no DeCS e MeSH. Utilizou-se o o caracter booleano “and” para auxiliar a pesquisa.Resultados: Selecionados 5 artigos para inclusão na revisão. Todos os artigos selecionados avaliam como programas psicoeducacionais para pessoas com esquizofrenia afetam várias dimensões da vida dos seus recetores, incluindo alguns deles os cuidadores principais.Conclusões: A implementação de programas psicoeducativos dirigidos a pessoas diagnosticadas com esquizofrenia revelaram-se eficazes para promoção da melhoria a vários níveis. Também estão descritos benefícios para os cuidadores.Descritores: esquizofrenia, conhecimento, educação, enfermagem.
