SUPORTE EDUCACIONAL À PESSOA COM AVC E FAMÍLIA: revisão integrativa da literatura

Resumo


Objetivos: Identificar através da literatura recente, as atividades de educação e ensino realizadas pelos enfermeiros, suscetíveis de melhorar a qualidade de vida da pessoa com Acidente Vascular Cerebral e da sua família e sintetizar a informação recolhida, evidenciando as atividades desenvolvidas com mais frequência pelos enfermeiros. Metodologia: Pesquisa nas bases de dados científicas de artigos científicos num espaço temporal entre 2008 a 2018, utilizando os descritores em inglês “education and teaching ativities in stroke”, “quality of life” e “nursing care interventions”; “education”, “stroke”, “quality of life”, “interventions” e “nursing”. Resultados: Encontrados 39 artigos, dos quais 5 foram considerados pertinentes à revisão sistemática a partir de um protocolo de pesquisa e de analise. Conclusões: As atividades educação e de ensino desenvolvidas pelos enfermeiros e que são suscetíveis de melhorar a qualidade de vida da pessoa com Acidente Vascular Cerebral e a sua família passam por intervenções de ensino relacionadas com o Acidente Vascular Cerebral e as suas complicações, a prevenção de novo Acidente Vascular Cerebral e das complicações que lhe estão associadas, as intervenções relacionadas com o autocuidado à pessoa com AVC e o suporte emocional e psicológico ao cuidador.
